IGNOU Srinagar Regional Centre: Located on the University of Kashmir campus the Srinagar Regional Centre was established in 1999 by the Indira Gandhi National Open University. For the counselors and part-time employees of the program study centers (PSCs) and learner support centers (LSCs) this regional center has instituted a session on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. 

Doctor A. H. Rizvi is the senior regional director of IGNOU Regional Centre. There were just 4 programs and 1000 students at the IGNOU Srinagar Regional Center when it first opened. Center currently has over 50,000 students and there are now 45 study centers. This includes 32 regular study centers, 12 program study centers and 1 special study center. 

At the Srinagar Regional Center, Indira Gandhi National Open University has begun the admissions process for all of its courses for the July 2025 academic year. Procedure for Admission to the IGNOU Srinagar Regional Center in 2025. Applicants can visit the IGNOU Srinagar Regional Center official website at srinagar. Here select Announcement of the start of fresh admission from the News and Events Latest section. 

Step 1: To access the admission portal page click Apply for ODL Programme or another link. Then on the left side of the page you will see a registration option. 

Step 2: Register using information such as the students name, email address and mobile number among other things. 

Step 3: Use your username and password to access the student profile after registering then click Login to confirm the login procedure. 

Step 4: Now fill the application form with personal and academic details

Step 5: Make sure to select the program you wish to apply for and enter the necessary information. 

Step 6: Now Upload the necessary documents for the selected program. After that pay the fee with your credit and debit card or through net banking. 

Step 7: After submitting the application form you can check IGNOU admission status.
